Syncler does not provide any sources/access to any content. Regardless of if you have Syncler+ or not. However you can access various content by installing provider packages.
Provider package(s) are simple add-ons that allow users to stream audio/video content inside Syncler.
Users may either install package(s) developed by 3rd party developers or develop their own.
Provider packages are developed by independent 3rd party developers.
You as a user are solely responsible for the packages you install and content you consume.
Therefore please ensure proper care when installing 3rd party provider package(s).
Syncler does not come with any provider packages. Provider packages are developed by 3rd party developers. You may search the internet with "Syncler provider package" keyword to find packages. You may also join various communities on the web (i.e reddit, twitter, telegram, discord) tagged with providers4syncler to find packages.
Syncler only shows you source your installed provider packages deliver to Syncler. Please contact the developer(s) of the provider package(s) if it's not working as intended.
That said, there's still a couple of steps you can take to ensure that everything is working smoothly.
- Check that a Debrid account is added - Syncler supports multiple Debrid accounts (Real-Debrid, Premiumize & All-Debrid). Some provider packages may not work as intended without one (the developer of that specific package will be able to confirm this but generally you need one). You can add one (and check if you have added one already) by navigating to Settings > Accounts.
- Check that Debrid account subscription is still active - If you are using a Debrid account, ensure that your subscription is still active. Please note that this is not the same as your Syncler+ subscription. This subscription is purchased directly from the Debrid service such as Real-Debrid, Premiumize, All-Debrid directly. You can check if your Debrid subscription is still active by visiting the Debrid service website directly. You can also check it in the app by navigating to Settings > Accounts.
- Check that Syncler+ subscription is active - Some provider packages require a Syncler+ subscription (the developer of that specific package will be able to confirm this but generally you need one). You can check your subscription status by navigating to the Syncler+ tab in the app.
- Restart your device - Sometimes restarting your device may fix it.
- Uninstall Syncler BETA app - If you are testing the Syncler BETA app, sometimes it can cause conflict with an existing Syncler installation. Uninstalling the Syncler BETA app may solve the issue.
If none of these resolved your issue, please reach out to the provider package developer/community directly for further guidance.
