Starting in late 2024, several debrid providers including Real-Debrid, AllDebrid, and Debrid-Link removed or restricted access to their instant availability APIs. Because of this, the app can no longer reliably verify whether a source is already cached and playable before playback begins.
This situation became even more problematic for Real-Debrid after May 2026 due to increased filtering and infrastructure changes related to internal restructuring.
As a result, some sources will now display a white warning triangle indicating that playback availability could not be confirmed ahead of time. In many cases the source may still work normally, but failed playback attempts are now significantly more common.
By default, the app will automatically skip failed sources and continue trying additional ones. However, depending on the content and provider status, there may be situations where the app exhausts the entire source list without finding a playable result.
At this point there is unfortunately very little that can be done on the app side beyond the mitigation systems already implemented. If you continue experiencing persistent issues with Real-Debrid, you may want to consider alternative providers. Community feedback currently suggests that TorBox and Premiumize are generally operating more consistently. Additional provider integrations are also being evaluated for future updates.
For users who still plan to use affected services, playback success can sometimes be improved by increasing source retry attempts:
