- Open the left-side menu.
- Select your profile image at the top.
- Select the [ + ] option to sign in.
- Use the QR code shown on screen, or visit the displayed URL and enter the 6-digit code.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter the username or email associated with your Syncler account.
- A password reset email will be sent to your inbox. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. It also helps to add
[email protected] to your contacts or safe sender list.
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
- Tap your profile image in the lower-right corner.
- Select Switch Profile.
- Follow the same steps starting from Step 3 in the TV instructions above.
If this is a fresh install of Syncler, the quickest path is simply getting to the screen where the app shows the login URL and 6-digit code. From there, you can select Forgot Password and continue the reset process.
