¶ How to Create and Sign In to Your Syncler Account
When setting up Syncler for the first time, the app will automatically take you to the sign-in screen.
If you're already using the app and want to add a new account, go to the “Switch Profile” screen by tapping your profile icon, then tap the +
(Add) button.
Note: Save the email and username used somewhere safe as it cannot be changed and cannot be retrieved later. Password can be changed later at any time if you choose to do so.
- Tap “New to Syncler? Sign up now” on the login screen.
- Your browser will automatically open a registration page.
- Scroll down and tap “New user? Register”.
- Complete the registration form with your details.
- Tap Register. You’ll see a message:
“You need to verify your email address to activate your account.”
Don’t close this page yet.
- Open your email inbox and find the confirmation email. (Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.)
- Click the confirmation link in the email.
- Return to the browser page and refresh it. You should be redirected to a page that says “Connected”.
- You can now close the browser and return to the Syncler app.
¶ Sign Up on a TV Device (Android TV / Fire TV)
You’ll need a mobile device (Android or iOS) to complete the registration process.
- On the login screen, select “Sign up now” in the bottom-right corner.
- A QR code will appear — scan it using your mobile device.
- You’ll be taken to the Syncler website in your browser.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “New user? Register”.
- Fill out the registration form and tap Register.
- A message will appear:
“You need to verify your email address to activate your account.”
Keep this page open.
- Check your email inbox for a confirmation email, and click the verification link inside.
- Go back to the browser and refresh the registration page. You’ll be redirected to a “Connected” confirmation screen.
- You can now return to the app — your account is ready to go.
